Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Channel Management:

    • Select appropriate recruitment channels and coordinate with local

      Headhunters or recruitment agency to deliver the required services to HRBP within budget range

    • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for various recruitment channels

    • Respond to enquires from external recruitment agencies about the company’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies

  • Pre-selection:

    • Pre-select CVs from different channels

    • Feedback to candidates

    • Maintain potential candidate pool

  • Interview

    • Contact candidates, arrange interviews for HRBP and BU Hiring managers

    • Reimburse travel expense for candidates

    • Manage process which requires skills in active listening, negotiation, follow through and creativity.

    • Hotel management

  • Arrange Staff level Assessment Center, including pre-AC interview and AC day

  • Statistic and Report: Consolidate recruiting related data and make reports

  • Job Fairs: Represent the company on the job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities

  • HR IT operation: Operate with Success Factor Recruiting module as an essential skill to ensure the HR digitalized office work

  • Other tasks assigned by HR Director

Requirements

  • 5+ years recruiting experience in a dynamic product engineering environment – demonstrated success in filling high-volume, high hiring where only the most qualified talent is accepted.

  • Solid experience in staffing process to ensure high touch candidates with

    outstanding follow up, enable to communicate a deep understanding of GATD’s overall business and automotive industry from global perspective.

  • Proficiency in traditional sourcing techniques to include online social and

    professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to source ‘beneath the

    surface’ – targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names.

  • Understanding of organizational development – demonstrated ability to navigate within a matrix organization to identify and build excellent working relationships with both decision makers and with influential staff.

  • Capability of being aware of the surrounding business environment and setting up daily tasks into a solid process.

  • Fluency in English and German, Mandarin is a plus.
